Because of the huge size of this software program, the EverythingPak now ships on a 160 Gigabyte USB hard drive. There's no CD or DVDROMs to install. Just plug the drive into your USB ports with the included cable and you're ready to go. The program can be run right off the drive, or you can install it to your computer.

The EverythingPak version of Band in a Box Includes: Everything in the regular Band in a Box Pro package including the main Band in a Box program - PLUS - ALL styles sets, 16 soloists sets, ALL 8 melodists sets, and a great digital audio recording program, Realband. The EverythingPak also includes ALL RealTracks sets, ALL RealDrums sets and more (See below).   If you were to purchase all of these items seperately, you would spend thousands of dollars, so this is a great savings.

We often receive questions about the differences between the EverythingPak and the regular version of Band-in-aBox. This should clear things up...

Question:  What's the advantage of buying the EverythingPak over the regular version?
Answer:  The main program is exactly the same, and the regular verison is great, but the EverythingPak includes all the style sets, and ALL OF THE REALDRUMS AND REALTRACKS sets, (Even more than the Megapak version). This gives you literally 1000's more choices when creating songs. It also saves you a lot of money if you decide to buy them seperately later.

Question:  Does the EverythingPak include anything else that's not included with the other versions?
Answer:  YES.  In addition to ALL the realtracks and drums sets (A huge savings), you also get the Songs and Lessons Pack (25 additional add-ons for band in a box), The Andy LaVerne Soloist Series, The Band-in-a-Box Video Tutorial PAK, and all of this comes installed on a 160GB portable hard drive (Very convienient. No disks to install).

Question:  What exactly do the style sets do?
Answer:  The styles are basically a blueprint of what the song will sound like. Here's an example. Let's say you created chord progression and you want to choose a style of music for Band-in-a-Box to play it in. With the regular version, you would have the choice of a few different rock styles, a few different country styles, jazz styles, etc. The EverythingPak includes many more styles in any genre you can think of. The styles in the EverythingPak are more diverse than in the regular version. For example, instead of chosing a generic style like "Rock", you would have many varieties of Rock to choose from. You would get different instrument arrangements different time signatures, or even styles of popular musicians. This doesn't mean the regular version is lacking though. You can create your own styles and make songs sound any way you want in either version, but this version gives you 1000's of pre-made styles ready at the push of a button.

Question:  What are RealDrums and RealTracks?
Answer:  They are high quality audio samples recorded by professional musicians. Band in a Box used to only play back music using MIDI. Now you can hear your creations with real instruments not just a computer generated MIDI sound. The Everythingpak includes more of these audio samples than the regular band in a box package and the MegaPak version. This is a huge saving over purchasing all of the individual Real Disks, and it gives you more variety of sounds for playback.
